Terra Mitica is a theme park that takes you through a fascinating journey through the mystery of five of the most ancient and legendary civilizations in Mediterranean Sea: Egypt, Greece, Rome, Iberia and The Islands.

It is located at Benidorm and takes about 1.5hours to travel there from the apartment using the A-7 motor link (exit 65A), which is a toll road but will get you there a lot faster than using the normal road.

It is a great day out for all the family with rides for both the young and old as well as beautiful scenery to admire as you walk around.

There are various places to eat while in the park and are about what you would expect to pay at a theme park however, you are not permitted to take your own food with you.

Terra Mitica is open full from the end of March until the end of September and then has certain opening days through till December.  Usually it is open from 10.00am till 20.00pm but in the months June, July and August it is open till  00.00am

The prices for entrance to Terra Mitica are as follows:

A junior is classed as aged 5-10, an Adult is classed as aged 11-59 and a senior 60+.  Any children aged under 4 are permitted entry free of charge.

An afternoon ticket is classed as buying a ticket after 16.00pm (or 17.00pm in June, July and August)

There is also a parking fee for Terra Mitica which is €4 if in a car and €5 if in a van.
